In this trailer for the award-winning documentary, Volunteers for Verdi, spend time with the cast of the Casa Italiana Opera Company as they rehearse Verdi’s Don Carlo. The volunteers, many of them over 50, overcome numerous obstacles as they reach for their dreams, serving as inspiration for other Los Angeleans entering their twilight years.
